Marc Sawan

I set-up eye-kon in 2006 in the Farringdon/Chancery Lane area, the heart of the Architecture and Design district of London.

After qualifying as an Architect in 2002, I worked for top architectural practices in London and abroad, among which John Thompson & Partners and PRC Group.

Since the start of my career, architectural visualisation has allowed me to combine my two great passions: architectural design and technology. I’m also a keen photographer and my day-to-day work allows me to play the principles of composition, lighting and effects to achieve the best results for my clients.

I am a member of the French Board of Architects (CROAIF).

I am regularly invited as a visiting lecturer at the University of Nottingham, the University of East London, and the Manchester School of Architecture.

Sara Di Conza

I graduated in Architecture in 2016 from the University of Cesena, Italy.

I first worked for Eye-kon in 2014 during a curricular internship in London, where my training in 3D visualization began.

Just after graduation, I permanently moved to London, and my career as Architectural Visualiser started.

The technical knowledge acquired during my studies allows me to fully understand all aspects of architectural projects and to identify their needs in terms of communication and visual representation.

Why we love our work

It is the fusion between concepts of proportion, composition, lighting and color while remaining pragmatic and grounded with considerations such as construction detailing, functionality, materiality etc.
eye-kon’s output can only be achieved with the use of cutting-edge software in conjunction with extremely performing hardware. The sustained progress of these fantastic tools keeps us on our toes and we are constantly on the lookout for new techniques to push the limits of our expertise and the quality of eye-kon’s production.

3D Architectural Visualisation – the representation of un-built design projects – is at the crossroad of Architecture, Photography and Design.
