Hornsey Park Road | London Borough of Haringey

The Project

The proposed mixed-use development is located on a former industrial site off Hornsey Park Road, featuring 32 residential units and one commercial space. The project includes a variety of unit types, ranging from studios to 1, 2, and 3-bedroom homes.

The development has been designed with a central courtyard that enhances the communal areas, creating a seamless connection between the buildings. The layout has been carefully planned to establish a through route to the neighboring project on the former gas works site while ensuring privacy by minimizing any direct overlooking of properties on Hornsey Park Road and the adjacent new development.

Our Work

We were tasked with producing 3 exterior CGIs to support the planning application and effectively visualize the Horsey Park development. Two of the CGIs focus on the architectural design and the relationship between the new buildings and the adjacent development, showcasing how it integrates with the surrounding area while maintaining privacy for residents. The third CGI highlights the central courtyard, which features a playground for families living in the development. This visualization emphasizes the communal aspects of the design, showing how the courtyard serves as both a functional and inviting space for residents to enjoy. Detailed visualizations are essential in illustrating how the project thoughtfully balances communal living with privacy and connectivity, offering a compelling narrative that enhances the likelihood of planning approval.
