The Project

1000 Hillswood Park is a newly refurbished office building with a focus on sustainability and an enhanced working environment. 

With its 75,000 sq ft, it has been redeveloped to create a collaborative workspace, which includes a new central atrium comprehensive of café facilities and formal and informal meeting spaces.

Our Work

We were asked to produce exterior and interior CGIs that highlight the refurbished design and functionality of 1000 Hillswood Park. 

For the exterior, we created elevated a bird's eye view that showcases the building’s architecture, emphasizing its integration into the surrounding landscape.

For the interiors, we focused on capturing the essence of the newly refurbished reception area, highlighting its spaciousness and inviting atmosphere. The office view showcases the modern, collaborative workspace, featuring an open-plan design complemented by comfortable lounge areas and flexible informal meeting spaces

These visuals are designed to give potential tenants and stakeholders a comprehensive view of the building’s aesthetic and functional appeal.
