80 Middlesex Street | London E1
The project
eye-kon produced several CGIs for 80 Middlesex Street Project in the refurbishment of a period office building on the fringes of the City of London.
The images had the objective of promoting the modernisation of the reception and office spaces and of highlighting the enhancements that the building renovation bring to the surrounding urban context.
Our work
The interior CGI’s aim to showcase the potential of the office space now turned into a blank canvas in a warehouse style design, appealing to potential media and tech companies. The visuals of the reception required bespoke effort to render the reflections of the concrete desk, textile infused concrete art feature, bronze paneling, glazed screens and sculptural feature lights.
The exterior CGI is the result of an architectural photomontage of the existing building prior to the refurbishment at “magic hour”.
eye-kon recommended the client to use a dusk shot, which allows to show the new exterior as well as having glimpses of the proposed interior features and lighting of the newly designed reception area.
The visuals have being used by letting agents to market the space to potential new tenants prior to project completion.
