Waterworks Road | London SW2

The project

eye-kon joined the pre-construction phase of the project.

The mixed tenure 28 home scheme falls within Rush Common and Brixton Hill Conservation Area.

Our work

eye-kon visuals have the objective of emphasising a simple palette of brown bricks and glazed cream bricks with re-constituted stone. Great attention went into detailing references to local buildings, including the brick forms and stone banding of the adjacent Lambeth Waterworks pump house.

In this phase of the projects, the architectural visualisation work has a key role in engaging with the local community and local authorities to ensure that all questions regarding conservation are answered and all feedback reflected in the design.
