Tailors Corner | Leeds

The Project

Set in the hubbub of Leeds, with its 7 floors and over 25,000 sq ft of modern workspace, Tailors Corner was home to a well-known tailoring store called Hepworths and today is one of the most iconic landmarks of the city.

The design-led refurbishment features high quality open plan workspaces, new feature ground floor entrances and a new roof garden.

Our Work

The exterior eye-level photomontage aims at reproducing in a photo-realistic manner the original Edwardian façade, which retains all its period detailing, whilst showcasing the refreshed look that the refurbishment will achieve.

The elevated CGI focuses on the design of the new roof garden, which highlights its strong and immersive planting scheme and represents a significant moment of biodiversity within the urban centre.

The office and reception visuals convey the contemporary and design-led interior spaces, which perfectly blend with the existing building and create an incredibly vibrant and creative workplace.
