Located in the heart of Vauxhall, Miles Yard is a new development from Downing that comprises a 6 storey office building and a 37 storey student accommodation, the Vega Tower.  

The over 27,000 sq.ft. office building is delivered to Cat A specification and includes a dedicated reception, full access raised floors, generous floor to ceiling heights and a private winter garden.
