The Brickworks | Reading
The project
eye-kon produced marketing CGIs for this newly refurbished warehouse style workspace in Reading.
The Brickworks offers up to 20,000 sq ft of new office space, providing inspiring private and communal work spaces and a high specification base for creative minds.
Our work
The interior CGIs reflect a young and dynamic office space, conveying the main features of an open and bright working environment.
Every detail has been addressed with extreme care to maximise the impact from a marketing perspective, from the choice of office furniture and accessories, to the ceiling and lighting, to the planting.
The challenge in representing interior views for this type of projects is to reflect current trends in interior decor most demanded by creative businesses.
We also created an example fit-out image with 360-degree tour of an entire floor to be shared via a simple URL embedded in the marketing website.
About 360 Virtual Tours
This type of images can be easily embedded in marketing websites or shared privately as a secure link. Alternatively, they can be downloaded as files and viewed in gyroscope on most hand-held devices.
In addition to this, the external and internal CGIs were a prominent feature of the purpose built website and brochure and shared with letting agents for prompt marketing campaign while the project was in progress.
